Highly valued extra virgin olive oil obtained from cold pressing in a traditional oil mill from the best quality Sicilian Olives "biancolilla, nocelllara,and cerauola "olives orginating in the areas surrounding Partanna, Castelvetrano, Ribera, Sciacca and Trabia.
This Oil is Charaterised by its distintive personallity , its typical aroma evaocative of fresh fruit and its delicately fruity flavour that leaves an aftertaste of sweet almonds.
It is ideal raw over fresh cheeses in minestroni and all fish dishes.

This is know has the emperpor of extra virgin olive oils.
It is the out come of careful research over 5 years.
Over 30 tests were carried out involving coupling of different cultivars of native Sicilian olives anf olives imported from Apulia,coming direct from plantations directly controlled by Manfredi Barbera.
The resulting STUPUR MUNDI oil is fragrant extra virgin oil ready to surprise you with marked fruitiness and at the same time a sweet and round consistency ensuring low acidity.
Made from 25% coratina olives and 75% biancolilla olives havested at the end of October or November.
