One of the finest olive oils to come out of Sicily ,a fine gentle taste ,but still retaining a full olive flavour , ideal for salads or for general cooking.
This is know has the emperpor of extra virgin olive oils.
It is the out come of careful research over 5 years.
Over 30 tests were carried out involving coupling of different cultivars of native Sicilian olives anf olives imported from Apulia,coming direct from plantations directly controlled by Manfredi Barbera.
The resulting STUPUR MUNDI oil is fragrant extra virgin oil ready to surprise you with marked fruitiness and at the same time a sweet and round consistency ensuring low acidity.
Made from 25% coratina olives and 75% biancolilla olives havested at the end of October or November.
