CAPRICIOTTA Farm house Sardinian Cheese
Capriciotta is made with whole cow's milk , goats Milk, and sheeps milk, with the addition of natural milk enzymes, rennet and salt. It is seasoned for 15 to 40 days . It has a white ,soft and compact texture with a few natural holes. Its taste is mild yet tasty ,ideal for the cheese board ,or gratting and melting over toast. Best eaten with fresh bread and a glass of fruity red wine.
Each cheese is a wheel of approx 1.3 kilos and is offered at ONLY 17.06per wheel Can be stored for about 120 days in a fridge
