This in our humble opinion is probably the finest pasta made today.Using only the finest of hard durum wheat flours, Dried slowly and naturally in the clear Tuscan air of the hills around the fortified town of Lari near Pisa near the ancient City of Pisa in Northern Italy
Since 1926 and still made today by the Martelli brothers and their families ensuring the closest supervision of the manufacturing process from the raw ingredients to the final packaging.
