Felino salame is a coarse minced salame from the famous Castle fortified town of Felino 18 kilometres from the City of Parma in Northern Italy. It is usually cut diagonally and quite thickly, Traditionally served as a starter or just enjoyed with a glass of red wine and a slice of freshly baked bread.
Each Felino Salame sent will NOT weigh LESS than .950 grams and will keep in the fridge for up to 90 days after delivery.
