This is a traditional Italian roasted ham with rosemary , It is very moist but unlike other hams of this type is not full of liquid, allowing the full succulent flavour to come through. Each ham comes in foil wrapped and can keep for 90 days or more in the fridge. Once opened it can be frozen for longer periods.
