This is the original Mozzarella , the pride and joy of Italian dairy art for many years, it is now also produced in the north of Italy . Fresh, curdled cheese made exclusively from full-cream pasteurized buffolo milk. It has a white porcelain colour with a very thin, shiny crust. Buffalo Mozzarella is kept in its buttermilk and has a typical sweet soury taste and a very light musky smell. You can taste its naturalness if eated as table cheese . It is also wildly used served as a starter sliced with sun dried tomatoes in Olive oil and a little ground black pepper .Or as an ingredient in Lasagna.
