This is a first cold pressed Extra Virgin olive oil with is called in Italian 'Mosto' meaning the full juice of the olive is present in the oil, and is unfiltered. This gives the oil a slightly cloudy look and has a slight sediment at the base of each bottle. One can either pour the oil carefully having let the bottle stand a while to avoid the sediment, or to get the full flavour agitate the bottle before pouring.
This Oil has a wonderful rich peppery taste rarely found in Olive oils, Especially wonderful in salads.
This fine Olive oil comes in a distinctive Gold foil wrapped bottle to protect the oil from sun light. Available in two sizes 500ml and1000ml bottles.
