Martelli Spaghettini is similar to the traditional Spaghetti but finer in diameter, and thus cooks a little quicker. It is the same length as normal Spaghetti being approx. 30 centimetres long and can be served with any pasta sauce, but is ideal served with a Vongole ( clam ) sauce or with Aglio Olio and Pepperoncini.
