The sun dried tomatoes used by Fruttibosco are specially selected to be sweet and tender and are then individually hand jared with Italian Olive Oil. Once opened they can keep for several weeks as long as they are fully immersed in the olive oil. They are wonderful in a salad, diced in an omelette or added to any tomato sauce to add flavour to canned tomatoes. They are also nice on their own with a slice of bread.
